DAYCARE AND BOARDING POLICIES     

      

      The purpose of Red Rock Pet Resort is to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating social environment
       for your pet during your weekday business hours, weekends, and vacations.  To ensure the safety
       and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules
       and regulations:  

       Age:  All dogs and cats must be at least 4 months of age or older.

       Spaying & neutering:  All dogs and cats 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.

       Shots:  All dogs and cats must have up-to-date vaccinations.  Owners must submit written proof
       of  DHLPP (Parvo and Distemper) and Bordetella vaccinations for dogs, and Rabies vaccinations are
       required for puppies over 4 months of age.  Cats must have FVRPC, FeLV and Rabies vaccinations.

       Health:  All pets must be in good health.  Owners shall certify their pet(s) are in good health and
       have not  been ill with a  communicable condition in the last 10 days.  Upon admission, all pets must
       be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests.  Pets that have been ill
       with a communicable condition within the last 10 days will require veterinarian certification of health
       to be admitted or re-admitted.

       Behavior:  All pets must be non-aggressive and not be food or toy protective.  Owners shall certify
       their pet(s) have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person
       or any other animals.  Please remember,  your pet will be spending time with other pets, and the
       safety and health of all animals is our main concern.

       Enrollment Application & Pet Care Agreement:  All pet owners must have an up-to-date and
       approved Application and signed Agreement on file in our office.

       Fees:  Fees are based on a daily rate or Savings Plan.  Savings Plans offer substantial discounts
       from the daily rate and range from 7 to 21 days.

       Days and Hours of Operation:  Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Saturday
       from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Sunday hours are for pickup
       and drop off of boarding animals only.

       Reservations:  Reservations are strongly recommended for boarding and daycare animals.  
       Daycare cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.  Non-holiday
       boarding cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for one day.  Holiday boarding
       cancellations with less than 3 days notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee.  Holidays
       shall be considered New Years Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Labor Day,
       Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All holiday reservations must be booked with
       a credit card.
